Advisor in International Relations and Political Science near international policy makers, international institutions and multinational companies, he helps the major strategic decision. He is multilingual with French, English, Arabic, Spanish and German.

After a first rewarding career in aeronautics he turned to an international career. He acquired several certificates:
- Ph.D in International Relations and Diplomacy
- Ph.D in Political Science
- Expert Protocol
- Master in Strategic studies and Policy of Defence - Centre of Diplomatic Studies and Strategy (CEDS)* and College Interarmées de Defense (CID).

His publications includes numerous books on International Relations and Political Science:
Afrique - La question environnementale, The Strategy of Chaos, Human Rights and State responsibility, Over the World, Le Nouvel Ordre, Essai Prospectif sur le monde, Un été à Alger… He also has many articles published on Internationals Relations and Political Science.

*CEDS: Member of the Network ACADEMIA of the Organization of United Nations having advisory status to the Economic and Social Council of United Nations - ECOSOC Member of the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS). Member of E.A.B.H.E.S. (European Accreditation Board of Higher Education Schools). Partner of the " College Interarmées de Défense (CID) ". Conseiller en Relations Internationales et en Science Politique auprès de décideurs internationaux, d’institutions internationales et de sociétés multinationales, il aide à la décision des grandes orientations stratégiques.
Polyglotte français, anglais, arabe, espagnol, et allemand, c'est naturellement qu'il s'est ouvert sur le monde en se mettant au service des autres. Après une première et enrichissante carrière dans l'aéronautique, il s'est tourné vers une carrière internationale.

Il a obtenu plusieurs diplômes internationaux :
- Ph.D (Doctorat) in International Relations and Diplomacy
- Ph.D (Doctorat) in Political Science
- Expert Protocole
- Mastère en Etudes Stratégiques et Politiques de Défense
- Centre d'Etudes Diplomatique et Stratégiques* et Collège Interarmées de défense.
